Terms of Service – Attikar

Overview

  • Welcome to Attikar. These Terms govern your use of our store and services (the “Services”). Attikar is powered by Shopify.
  • By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use our Services.

Section 1 – Access and Accounts

  • By using our Services, you confirm you’re of legal age where you live and you have permission to use devices you own.
  • You may be asked to provide personal information (email, billing/shipping info). You confirm that this information is accurate and you have the right to share it.
  • You’re responsible for protecting your account credentials and all activity on your account. Don’t share or transfer your account.

Section 2 – Our Products

  • We strive to show accurate product representations, but colors and appearances may vary by device.
  • We don’t guarantee that products will look or perform exactly as shown.
  • Product descriptions can change without notice. We may discontinue products and limit quantities.

Section 3 – Orders

  • When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason.
  • Your order is accepted only after we confirm. Payment must be received before acceptance.
  • Please review your order before submitting. We may not be able to cancel after acceptance.
  • Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy (link).

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

  • Prices and promotions can change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the one you’ll be charged (plus taxes/shipping where applicable).
  • Prices may differ between online and physical stores or third-party sites.
  • You agree to provide accurate payment information and to keep it updated.
  • You authorize charges as shown, including taxes and shipping.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

  • We’re not liable for shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates.
  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

  • Our content (logos, text, images, designs, etc.) is owned by Attikar or licensors. It’s protected by law.
  • Use of our content is for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission.
  • Trademarks: Attikar and related names are trademarks. Do not use them without permission.
  • Shopify’s trademarks are owned by Shopify.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

  • We may offer third-party tools. These are provided “as is” and we don’t control them or guarantee them.
  • Use third-party tools at your own risk and check their terms.

Section 8 – Third-Party Links

  • Our Services may include links to third-party sites. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
  • If you visit third-party sites, do so at your own risk. Check their policies.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify

  • We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform. Shopify’s terms apply to your use of the platform.

Refunds and Returns

  • 30-day returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • How to start a return: Email team@attikar.com. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Do not send items back without approval.
  • Damages or issues: Inspect on arrival. If defective or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it.
  • Non-returnable items: Perishables, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
  • Exchanges: Return the item and place a new order for the replacement.
  • EU 14-day cooling-off: If shipping to the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days in unused condition with tags and original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds: We’ll notify you after inspection. If approved, refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days; processing may take longer with banks.
  • Delays: If more than 15 business days pass since approval, contact team@attikar.com.
